I can't stand the weekly coupon and grocery store mailings so I figured out how to get off their mailing lists. Here's how:
Go to: www.valassis.com
Click: contact us
Click: I am a consumer
Click: Next
Click: I would like to be removed from your mailing list
Click: Next
Fill in your information and that's it!
I did it a while ago and they really did stop sending all that stuff to me.
