Well, the highest sale is now the lowest listing. What does that mean? The highest priced sale of the 3br/2ba 1327 square foot unit is now the lowest priced listing here at Mountain Shadows.
5951 Montecito #3 sold at nearly the peak of the market in 2006 for $315,000. It was foreclosed on and is now listed by the bank for $144,000.
A sad reality. It was beautifully remodeled and had granite counters in the kitchen, etc.
