Dog days of summer
Well, its been kind of a slow summer at Mountain Shadows. I think everyone is out of town escaping the heat.
There's one new listing on Montecito - a 3 bed/ 2 bath unit 1551 sq.ft. listed for $275,000. Looks like a fairly nice unit with some updating.
The foreclosure up by the front gate that was the high sale during the market peak has sold for $140,000. That was a 3br/2ba unit.
